Designation of Places for Posting of Notice of Public Meetings <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Council member Brown reported on an E-mail he received from Ms. Reich relative to the <br />December 7, 2004 City Council minutes, in which she stated she was misquoted. Mayor <br />Sisk stated he had conferred with City Clerk Varra prior to the meeting and the minutes <br />would be amended and resubmitted to the Council at the January 18,2005 meeting. <br /> <br />Chief Bruce Goodman reported on the Christmas Crusade for Children program, which is <br />supported by law enforcement agencies. This program purchases toys, clothing and food <br />for needy families in Louisville. This year the Nautilus Group donated $4,500.00 to the <br />program, which provided all the toys, clothing and food for Louisville Families. He <br />recognized and thanked Nautilus Group for their generous contribution. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PRESENTATION OF COLORADO STATE FLAG AND FLAGPOLE BY <br />AMERICAN LEGION POST 111 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported the American Legion Post 111 has donated a Colorado flag and <br />flagpole to the City for the Courtroom at the new Police and Court Facility. <br /> <br />Bob Ross spoke of behalf of American Legion Post 111. He stated the American Legion <br />is donating the Colorado flag, pole, base and spear to the City of Louisville for the new <br />Courtroom. <br /> <br />2 <br />
