He stated there may be different alternatives, which would require a commitment. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported comcast Cable Television received a very low rating in last year's <br />citizen survey. He commended the City's Consultant Ken Fellman, Kissinger & Fellman, <br />P.C., and Assistant City Manager Heather Balser for their work in the negotiations. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />The following appointments were made to Louisville Boards and Commissions: <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Marsella moved to appoint Monica Sheets and Hank Dalton <br />to 3-year terms to the Planning Commission, seconded by Council member VanPelt. All <br />in favor. Abstained - Council member Brown. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Van Pelt moved to appoint Gerry Kelly, James Stuart, and <br />Horst Loeblich to 3-year terms to the Board of Adjustment, seconded by Council member <br />Keany. All in favor. Abstained - Council member Brown. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Brown moved to appoint Robert Van Pelt to a 3-year term <br />to the Building Code Board of Appeals, seconded by Council member Marsella. All in <br />favor. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Brown moved to appoint Wendy Phillips to a 3-year term <br />to the Arts & Humanities Council, seconded by Council member Van Pelt. All in favor. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Levihn moved to appoint Aline Steinbaugh and William <br />Urau to 4-year terms to the Historical Commission, seconded by Council member Brown. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Clabots moved to appoint Susan Spaulding and Michael <br />Frontczak to 3-year terms and Lisa Trudeau, as Alternate, to the Horticultural & Forestry <br />Advisory Board, seconded by Council member Levihn. All in favor. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Marsella moved to appoint Michael Richardson to as-year <br />term and Terri Abbot to complete a term ending in 2008, to the Louisville Housing <br />Authority, seconded by Council member Levihn. All in favor. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to appoint Thomas Mulvahill to a 4-year term, Michael <br />Koertje to a 2-year term, and John Carlson as the Alternate to the Local Licensing <br />Authority, seconded by Council member Brown.
