Cancellation of March 22, 2005 and March 29, 2005 City Council Study <br />Sessions <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Council member Brown informed Council of his conversation with the Boulder County <br />Public Information Officer relative to a survey, which is currently being conducted. The <br />survey will help County officials determine how Tabor refunds should be distributed. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk also spoke with the Boulder County Commissioner's office and reported the <br />survey on the Daily Camera and Times Call Web Sites is polling citizens' on which <br />charities should be considered for the distribution of Tabor refunds. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on a letter written to Xce1 Energy CEO Wayne H. Brunetti, relative <br />to the Public Service Franchise Agreement. Mr. Brunetti suggested the City contact Mr. <br />Pete West, an Xcel Managing Director of Colorado Local Affairs, who provides the <br />overall direction for community activities in Colorado. Mr. West has been invited to <br />attend the AprilS, 2005 City Council meeting to discuss the franchise agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk explained the March 15 Council Meeting was rescheduled to accommodate <br />the approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Louisville Public Library project. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />MAYORAL PROCLAMATION TO JOHN BREAUX FOR CITIZEN <br />RECYCLING EFFORTS <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported that Louisville resident John Breaux is often seen collecting trash <br />and recyclable materials in the City of Louisville. In appreciation for his efforts to keep <br />Louisville a clean city, Mayor Sisk read and presented John with a proclamation and a <br />gift certificate to Louisville Cyclery. <br /> <br />2 <br />
