Approval of Resolution No. 23, Series 2005, A Resolution <br />Approving An Amended Final Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) Plan For McDonalds's Restaurant At 939 Dillon Road, <br />Lot 4, Centennial Valley, Parcel 110" <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Carole Hill, 233 Jackson Circle, Louisville requested exclusive use of the Arts <br />and Humanities Center on July 23,2005 for the Louisville Art Association's <br />National Photography Show. She explained the Louisville Arts Association <br />reserved the facility in early January, and were notified that the Council would be <br />conducting a meeting at the facility on that day. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk stated that Council would conduct their meeting at another City <br />facility and allow the Louisville Art Association exclusive use of the Arts and <br />Humanities Center. <br /> <br />Charles Hill, 233 Jackson Circle, Louisville, CO requested a postponement of <br />activities pertaining to any trailer parking ordinances until the fall, when more <br />trailer owners will be able to attend. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk asked Land Management Director Cindy Lair to update Council on <br />the mosquito population and West Nile Virus. <br /> <br />Land Management Director Lair stated there has not been any sighting of the <br />mosquito that carries West Nile Virus in Louisville. She explained the mosquito <br />trappings have been rather large indicating the public should take precautionary <br />measures. Those measures include using repellent products containing DEET, <br />draining standing water and wearing protective clothing when outdoors at dusk <br />and dawn. She stated the public can check the Boulder County Web site for <br />more information on mosquito control. <br /> <br />Council member Kearny asked if there had been any reports of dead animals in <br />Louisville infected with the plague. Land Management Director Lair stated there <br />have not been any reported cases of dead prairie dogs or other animals infected <br />with the plague. <br />
