The movie begins at dusk. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 1473, SERIES 2005 - AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM <br />ON THE PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR APPROVAL OF <br />REZONINGS, SPECIAL REVIEW USES, AND PCZD GENERAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENTS FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY, AND CREATING CERTAIN <br />EXEMPTIONS FROM THE MORATORIUM - 2nd reading - public hearing <br />(advertised Daily Carnera 7/30/05) <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1473, Series 2005. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Planning Director Wood explained Ordinance No. 1483 extends the temporary <br />moratorium on residential development applications from August 2,2005 <br />
