<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 6, 2005 <br />Page 2 of 18 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk called for changes to the consent agenda, and hearing none, moved <br />the agenda be approved, seconded by Council member Keany. All in favor. <br />Absent: Council member Levihn. <br /> <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes (08/16/05) <br />C. Appointment to the Horticultural and Forestry Advisory Board <br />D. A ward Professional Services Contract for Trail Engineering for <br />Davidson Mesa Open Space Trails and Walnut Street Park <br />Trails to BSF, Inc. <br />E. A Resolution Approving An Extension of the Final PUD <br />Development Plan for 841 Front Street that Would Extend the <br />PUD Expiration Date Three (3) Years from December of 2005 to <br />December of 2008 <br />F. A Resolution Approving a Grant of Easement and Agreement <br />for the City of Louisville's Eldorado Springs Water Pipeline <br />G. Proclamation - Constitution Week <br />H. Pickett Annexation Agreement <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Sage Maurer, 948 Parkview Street, Louisville, CO commented on the new <br />sidewalks along Main Street leading to the new Community Park and suggested <br />the City consider planting trees and bedding plants. <br /> <br />Tom Rafferty, 945 Rex Street, Louisville, CO stated his neighborhood was invited <br />to attend a meeting to discuss the Main Street Reconstruction. The neighbors <br />have concerns with the amount of concrete and lack of landscaping in the <br />project. He asked Council to consider landscaping along the south of Main <br />Street. He thanked the Mayor, Council and Staff for working with the residents. <br /> <br />Melissa Devincenzi, 1001 Rex Street, Louisville, CO also addressed Main Street <br />landscaping. She offered to establish a citizens' fundraiser, to be matched with <br />City funds to purchase trees for Main Street. <br /> <br />Mike Deborski, 601 Pine Street, Louisville, CO addressed the Highway 42 <br />Revitalization Plan. He stated the current roadway plan would cut through his <br />property and require him and his neighbors to relocate their businesses. He <br />recommended an alternative plan and asked Council to preserve Cannon Street. <br /> <br />John Leary, 1116 LaFarge Avenue, Louisville, CO voiced his concern over a <br />potential conflict of the Ethics Code. He stated on the August 2, 2005 City <br />Council meeting, Council member Van Pelt recused herself from the discussion <br />
