<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 20, 2005 <br />Page 15 of 15 <br /> <br />· September 19 - Open Space Advisory Board meeting where a large <br />number of residents were present to support preserving the property <br />adjacent to Cottonwood Park as open space. <br />· Week of September 25 - City Attorney and Staff will meet with Deborski's. <br />· October - Two meetings are scheduled on the Highway 42 Project. <br />· October 19 - Chamber of Commerce State of the City Luncheon. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Council member Brown reported on attending a meeting of the Coal Creek Home <br />Owners Association, which was held at the Recreation Center. Their concern <br />centered on the permit for expansion of the Xcel High Pressure Station on Dillon <br />Road, strong gas odor and vibrations. City Manager Simmons explained the <br />procedure the County Commissioner followed at the last public hearing on the <br />Xcel Energy Temporary Permit. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk encouraged members of the community to attend the public hearing <br />on the Xcel Energy Temporary Permit on September 21. He reported the <br />residents of the Dutch Creek subdivision have concern over the expired <br />covenants. A meeting has been scheduled for September 22, at 3:00 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br /> <br />Council member Brown moved for adjournment, seconded by Council member <br />Levihn. T~h.. .'
