Approval of Conduct Regular City Council Meetings on <br />October 11, 2005 and October 25, 2005 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Michael Deborski, 601 Pine Street, addressed the Highway 42 Revitalization <br />Plan, and referred to a letter from Planning Director Paul Wood. Michael <br />Deborski expressed frustration at the street proposed to intersect his property <br />and asked Council to reconsider approving a plan with the street configuration <br />that would not impact his property. He expressed his desire to be involved in the <br />drafting of the new street plan option. <br /> <br />Council member Brown arrived at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons reported on Planning Director Wood's September 23, <br />2005 letter to Mr. Deborski. He explained Staff has been considering various <br />traffic and pedestrian plans for the Highway 42 Revitalization Area, which will be <br />presented at a future Revitalization Commission meeting. He outlined the <br />process which will be followed. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the festivities held in honor of the St. Louis Catholic <br />School 100 year anniversary. He congratulated the St. Louis Parish. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - PHYSICAL THERAPY MONTH <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk proclaimed October 2005 as Physical Therapy Month in Louisville, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />ACCEPT GRANT FROM THE CENTENNIAL VALLEY TENNIS ASSOCIATION <br />FOR MONARCH TENNIS COURT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />
