City Manager for Gov. All in favor. Absent: Council member Keany and Brown <br /> <br />Council member Keany appeared at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />STAFF INTRODUCTION - STATE HIGHWAY 42 ACCESS STUDY <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested Staff introduction and review of packet materials. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Tom Phare presented an overview of the State Highway <br />42 Access Study.
