Proposed 4 trains per hour per direction = 8 trains/hour <br />Northbound trains could be timed with Main Street Signal <br />Southbound trains probably could be timed with Main Street Signal <br />. Main issue is queuing vehicles <br />. South Boulder Road would have 2nd highest vehicle traffic on an at-grade <br />crossing on this FasTracks line <br />. City develops IGA with Boulder County, Lafayette, and CDOT <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Bob Tofte, 1417 Courtesy Road, Louisville, CO voiced concern over a 45 mile <br />per hour speed limit and suggested the speed limit be 40 mile per hour. Mr. <br />Wolfood responded the design scheme sets a speed limit of 45 mile per hour. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Phare explained SH 42 is a CDOT roadway and a 40 mile <br />per hour speed limit would have to be justified. <br /> <br />Rob Lathrop, 601 Johnson Street, Louisville, CO owner of the property where the <br />rental business operates, voiced his concern over the street alignment at the <br />rental center, and noted the rental center is proposing to expand their business. <br />
