Authorization to Obtain Bids - 2006 CIP Project, Memory <br />Square Pool Boiler <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />McCaslin Interchanoe Report <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager for Governmental Relations Balser reported the closure <br />of the McCaslin Interchange for October 22 and 23 has been cancelled and <br />delayed until November 5 and 13, 2005. On November 5, the bridge will be <br />erected, and on November 13, the deck will be set. Balser also reported the <br />conception team has interim solutions for pedestrians crossing ramps that do not <br />have traffic signals. Temporary solar powered flashing pedestrian cross walk <br />signals will be installed and removed when the pedestrian bridge is open. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Phare reported the loop ramp will be open sometime next <br />week. He noted Dillon Road on to McCaslin and US 36 will be accessed from <br />the right lane.
