Terri said the money is still coming from the city of Louisville. We didn't want to use all of it on this property. There is a certain amount of money, some of which has been used for windows on this property and on snow melt issue at Lydia Morgan. We are getting a new inspector this time and they sometimes have new issues. Frank said he wouldn't use this money at Regal or Hillside. He would use it at Sunnyside, Lydia Morgan. There is a real national trend of poverty suburbanizing. The foreclosure crisis has caused a lot of homeless increases.
