<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1239 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING WATER AND SEWER TAP FEES IN THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to keep pace with inflation and the rising costs <br />of providing water and sewer services, City staff has recommended an <br />increase of approximately three and one-half percent (3.5%) in City water <br />and sewer tap fees, commencing .January 1, 1997 i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, has <br />determined that an increase in the water and sewer tap fees charged by <br />the City is necessary to adequately finance the services provided by the <br />City's water and sewer activity enterprises. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection A and Table B contained in Subsection A <br />of Section 13.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled "Tap Fee <br />- Table B," are amended effective January 1, 1997, to read as follows: <br /> <br />A.
