We will include the bylaws in an email and in the next board packet along with the new Board roster. Terry said the Board Retreat will be scheduled as a half day just to get everyone familiar with properties, most recent portfolio analysis, finance reports,and also our plans for the future. A field trip would be part of the retreat. Frank said that March 13th will be our staff retreat from 8-12. In the past, we have started with a van tour of the properties, end up at a site to do planning for finance. We will also.have staff and maintenance talk about capital needs. The March 20th meeting is now scheduled for March 13th, 8—noon. Discussion of Agenda Items for next 2011 LIIA board meeting: February 28,2012 at Lydia Morgan. We will arrange a bagel, coffee, breakfast on the retreat on March 13th. We will email out roster, updated Bylaws, and the portfolio analysis. Walt motioned to adjourn.
