Howard <br />voted no. <br /> <br />Davidson called for a recess at 9:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson called the meeting back to order at 9:51 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson asked Council if they wished to take Item 6A- 1 and Item 6A-2 off the agenda: <br />Resolution No. 49, Series 2000, Authorizes a Special Election and Resolution No. 50, <br />Series 2000, Intergovernmental Agreement for Participation in a Coordinated Election. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council remove Resolution No. 49 and No. 50, Series <br />2000 from the agenda, seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light asked that Council direct the City Clerk to notify the County Clerk <br />that the City will not participate in the November 2000 coordinated election. <br /> <br />Davidson directed the City Clerk to so notify the County Clerk. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 45, SERIES 2000 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN & <br />AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A NEW LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, McBRIDE BROTHERS, LOTS 13, 14, & 15, BLOCK <br />4, CTC, FIRST FILING (continued from 8/1/00) <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Planning Director Paul Wood stated that the applicant is McBride Brothers. He noted <br />that Council continued this matter from the August 1, 2000 meeting to provide the <br />applicant time to address the issue of an existing easement, which provides a secondary <br />access from Boxelder Street. Wood noted that a number of properties rely on the <br />secondary access. He reviewed that the application is for construction of a 28,543 <br />square foot building on Lot 13, Wood reported that the property to the south is the 33 <br />acre, undeveloped and unincorporated Hoyle parcel. The Hoyle property is currently <br />under an IGA, Southeastern Boulder County Comp Plan for rural preservation. <br /> <br />Wood reviewed that the CTC First Filing subdivision plat established a 60-foot access <br />easement from Boxelder, across the lots and connecting to the Hoyle property. He stated <br />part of the applicant's proposal is to relocate the access easement, and combine it with the <br />primary internal access drive on Lot 13. They propose to reduce the width of the <br />easement from 60 to 30 feet. He stated that the process of the Final PUD is to approve a <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br /> <br />
