PARKS & RECREATION <br />Memorandum <br />To: Horticulture & Forestry Advisory Board <br />From: <br /> Parks & Recreation Department <br />Date: March 1, 2012 <br />th <br />Re: 96 & Dillon Final Plat & PUD <br />th <br />The Parks & Recreation Department is seeking input on review of the 96 & Dillon Final Plat & PUD <br />prior to submitting final comments to the Planning Department which will be forwarded to the <br />Developer. HFAB & Parks & Recreation provides comments primarily in areas pertaining to public <br />th <br />lands. On the 96 & Dillon development project, the public lands are the trail corridor along the railroad <br />tracks (Outlot A) as well as all of the right-of-way areas. <br />Parks & Recreation has provided draft comments for your convenience. HFAB’s comments will be <br />incorporated prior to finalization of the comments. <br /> <br />
