It's going to be the "go to" location for information. <br />Property Management/Maintenance Report <br />Rent and Occupancy Update - MonthIy Rental Vacancy Report <br />Frank said that we have one vacancy opening at Lydia Morgan this week. Sally said she anticipates it <br />will be leased within 2 —3 weeks. We had one vacancy at Regal Square that is being leased this week. <br />There are no other vacancies in the Louisville properties currently. <br />We are having a $10 rent increase, approximately 1 %, that is going in effect April 1, to every property <br />with the exception of Regal Square and Hillside. Those rent levels are set by our regulations with HUD. <br />The average rent is probably around $750. We did not do an increase last year. <br />Section 8:. HCV Program Report <br />Frank said that there are 69 people currently with a Section 8 Voucher in Louisville. <br />That number doesn't vary a whole lot, <br />Matters from Members of the Board <br />Terri said that on February 7th she met with Marc, the auditor, to interview someone representing LHA. <br />She asked he asked about how we felt as a board working with Boulder County. She was less prepared <br />for what to do and what questions we have about preventing fraud. Her personal feelings have been that <br />she trusts and feels secure with information she gets from Boulder County. When she came onto the <br />board, Boulder: County, Frank was new and the County had undergone some transformation making; <br />everything very transparent. Information has always been readily available. <br />We have a nice thank you card from Sherri Marsella. She really appreciated our thoughts. <br />Bonnie reminded board members that there are open government rules for field trips. When you are in the <br />van, be careful not to have a discussion of substance or regarding policy. All discussion needs to occur in <br />a public building. You can ask questions, but can't have a policy discussion about them. She will send <br />the memo prior to the next 'meeting. . <br />Discussion of Agenda Items for. next 2012 LHA board meeting: March 13th at Lydia Morgan.
