Sally said she anticipates it will be leased within 2 —3 weeks. We had one vacancy at Regal Square that is being leased this week. There are no other vacancies in the Louisville properties currently. We are having a $10 rent increase, approximately 1 %, that is going in effect April 1, to every property with the exception of Regal Square and Hillside. Those rent levels are set by our regulations with HUD. The average rent is probably around $750. We did not do an increase last year. Section 8:.
