Section 5.08.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows(words to be added are underlined; words to be deleted are stricken through): Sec. 5.08.030. Classes of Licenses. C. Beer and wine license. A beer and wine license shall may be issued to persons selling malt and vinous liquors and fermented malt beverages in a place where such liquors are to be consumed on the premises. if such place is a hotel or restaurant.
