reference. <br /> Section 2. Section 5.08.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code ("Beer sales restricted") <br /> is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> Section 3. Section 5.08.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows(words to be added are underlined; words to be deleted are stricken through): <br /> Sec. 5.08.030. Classes of Licenses. <br /> For the purpose of regulating the sale of ••. : . , : :. <br /> alcohol beverages, the local licensing authority, in its discretion, upon application <br /> made to it in the prescribed form, may issue and grant to the applicant a those <br /> licenses to sell .... , •- , .. . .: . ': .: alcohol beverages that the local <br /> licensing authority is authorized to issue pursuant to title 12, articles, 46, 47, and 48, <br /> C.R.S., as they currently exist or may hereafter be amended, including but not <br /> limited to, of the following classes of licenses, subject to the provisions and <br /> restrictions of sale as to manner,place,and license fee as provided by this chapter. <br /> C. Beer and wine license. A beer and wine license shall may be issued <br /> to persons selling malt and vinous liquors and fermented malt beverages in a place <br /> where such liquors are to be consumed on the premises. if such place is a hotel or <br /> restaurant. <br /> J. Brew pub license. A brew pub license may be issued to any person <br /> operating a brew pub and also selling alcohol beverages for consumption on the <br /> premises. <br /> K. Vintner's restaurant license. A vintner's restaurant license may be <br /> issued to any person operating a vintner's restaurant and also selling alcohol <br /> beverages for consumption on the premises. <br /> Section 4. Section 9.22.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed in <br /> its entirety and reenacted to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 9.22.010. Definitions. <br /> A.
