Words and phrases not otherwise defined herein shall have the <br /> meanings set forth in title 12, articles, 46, 47, and 48, C.R.S., as they currently exist <br /> or may hereafter be amended, and such definitions are incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> Section 5. Sections 5.08.030.D, 5.08.030.E, 5.08.030.F, 5.08.030.G, 5.08.030.H, <br /> 5.08.060, 5.08.076, 5.08.130, 5.24.050, 9.22.020, 9.22.030, 9.22.060, 9.22.070, and 9.22.080 of <br /> the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby amended such that all references therein to the phrase <br /> "malt, vinous, or spirituous liquors" are changed to the phrase "alcohol beverages." Sections <br /> 5.08.030.G, 5.08.080, 5.08.140, and 5.18.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby <br /> further amended such that all references therein to the phrase "alcoholic beverages" are changed <br /> to the phrase "alcohol beverages." The City Council hereby directs the codifier of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code to prepare such revisions and supplements to the Louisville Municipal Code as <br /> are necessary or appropriate to effect such amendment. <br /> Section 6. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br /> decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City <br /> Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof <br /> irrespective of the fact that any one part be declared invalid. <br /> i <br /> Section 7.
