Unless otherwise <br />provided by law, such school shall be approved <br />by the court. <br /> <br />I. Article II, Section 102, Definitions, subsection <br />(28) is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(28) "Highway" means the entire width between the <br />boundary lines of every road, street, alley, or way <br />publicly maintained when any part thereof is open <br />to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular <br />travel or the entire width of every way declared to <br />be a public highway by any applicable law. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 10.04.025 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed and reenacted, to provide for the following <br />deletions from the Code, which deleted sections are declared to be <br />inapplicable to the City, to read as follows: <br /> <br />10.04.025 <br /> <br />Deletions. <br /> <br />The following sections of Article I of the Model <br />Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities, 1995 Edition, <br />are specifically not adopted as part of the adoption of <br />said Code: Subsections (1), ( 2 ), ( 3 ), ( 5 ) and ( 7) of <br />Section 221; Section 222(2) (a); Section 227(3) (b); <br />Subsection (1) of Section 229; Section 235(5); Section <br />601; Section 1401(2); Section 1402(2); Section <br />1412(10)(d); Subsections (2) and (5) of Section 1707; <br />Subsections (2), (3) and (4) of Section 1710; Section <br />1901; Subsections (6) and (7) of Section 1903; Section <br />1904. <br />Section 4. Section 10.04.040 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: <br /> <br />10.04.040 <br /> <br />Application. <br /> <br />This chapter and the Model Traffic Code adopted <br />herein shall apply to every street, alley, sidewalk area, <br />driveway, park, and to every other public way, or public <br />place or public parking area, either within or outside <br />the corporate limits of the City, the use of which the <br />City has jurisdiction and authority to regulate.
