Youth Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Thursday, March 1st, 2012 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />951 Spruce St. <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />–Chairperson Megan Valentine called the meeting to order <br />I.Call to Order <br />at 7:01 pm. <br />was taken and the following members were present: <br />II.Roll Call <br />Board MembersPresent: Brody Coronelli, Lucas Laird, Megan Valentine, <br />Zane Eddy, Isabella McHugh, Samantha Webster, Daisy Fuchs, Katie <br />McQuie, Kaitlin Weideman, Eliza Miller, Joi Wu, Brooke Hubbard, Bonnie <br />Schrag <br />Board Members Absent: Christina Hamerly (unknown) <br />Staff Members Present: Kriska Daltonhurst, Mandy Perera, Frost Yarnell <br />–The agenda was approved by all members. <br />III.Approval of Agenda <br />–The minutes from the February 2nd <br />IV.Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />meeting were approved as written. <br />–None <br />V.Public Comments <br />VI.Scott Robinson- City Planner <br />ACurrently updating the core values of the city Comprehensive Plan: <br /> . <br />updated every 3 years, what the city stands for and what is valued most about <br />the city. <br />B. (Handed out Post-its for board members to write down words or phrases <br />(3) about Louisville, Post-its organized into categories on the whiteboard such as <br />community, family, outdoors, small-town feel etc...) <br />C. Draft version of Louisville Vision Statement and Core Community Values <br />passed out.
