<br />RESOLUTION NO. 76 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />HUNTER FLOORING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by C.P. and Son, <br />Inc. a Final Subdivision Replat and PUD Development Plan for Hunter Flooring; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat and PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Replat and PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council <br />approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Replat and PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Additional berming needs to be incorporated along the north and west property lines. <br /> <br />2. A note should be added to the PUD which requires that any dumpster located outside shall be <br />inside a 6' high, gated, service enclosure. The enclosure shall be constructed of the same material <br />and color as the building. <br /> <br />3.The roof mounted evaporative cooler shall be eliminated. The location of the AC unit shall be <br />shown on the PUD prior to recording. <br /> <br />4. Building exiting will be based upon the occupancy load of the building. A sidewalk adjacent <br />to the building will be required to provide handicap egress from any required man door to the <br />parking lot. <br /> <br />5. A note shall be added to the PUD stating, " No processing, cutting or storage of material or <br />equipment shall be allowed outside of an enclosed structure". <br /> <br />6. The photometric data and fixture detail shall be added to the PUD development plan. <br /> <br />7. Recessed areas on the first floor will be eliminated, and the building will incorporate a darker <br />toned horizontal band below the 8"x 8" scored concrete block. <br />
