<br />8. Trees located in the deferred parking areas shall be re-Iocated to the northeast portion of the <br />landscape plan. <br /> <br />9. The plant schedule shall be consistent with the landscape plan. All materials shall be labeled. <br /> <br />10. Council directed staff to resolve the size of the 29 required trees. Evergreen trees shall <br />remain a minimum height of 6' feet. There are 17 deciduous trees shown on the landscape plan. <br />The minimum caliper size of 8 deciduous trees located along the west, and the westerly portions <br />of the north and south property lines may be reduced to 2" inches. The balance of required <br />deciduous trees along the east property line and wrapping around along the north property line <br />shall remain 2.5" inch in caliper. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdivision Replat and PUD Development Plan for <br />Hunter Flooring Center.
