<br />The Housing Authority of the City of Louisville will accomplish its mission through: community collaboration, effective services and
<br />programs, professional organization, efficient resource management, and the expansion offunding sources.

<br />Call to Order
<br />The meeting was called to order at 10: 10 a.m.
<br />Approval of the Agenda
<br />Walt recommended approval of the agenda, Colleen seconded. Agenda approved.
<br />Approval of the February 28, 2012 Minutes
<br />Colleen made a motion to approve the February 28, 2012 minutes,
<br />Kelly seconded. Minutes approved.
<br />Matters from Members of the Public
<br />There were no matters from members of the public.
<br />Review of Louisville Housing Authority Portfolio Analysis:
<br />Steve Clark, SB Clark & Associates
<br />Steve Clark, SB Clark .& Associates, presented the portfolio analysis and review for Louisville
<br />Housing Authority: They have been working with BCHA on the analysis of all of their
<br />properties, existing data on the properties, performance of the properties, and the cost of
<br />rehabilitation; and how Josephine Commons and the 16 acres fit into that. In their work with
<br />LHA, Steve Clark & Associates was asked to do the same type of property asset management
<br />and analysis:
<br />In June the LHA Board report was updated with 2012 numbers. He reported on 116 units, 7
<br />properties, their financial operating performance, and the general health of the organization.
