Frank said we will get a draft of the letter to you and, if you are okay with the language and <br />message behind it, approve going forward to bring it to the City Council. We will include the <br />portfolio summary pages and recommendations. <br />The next meeting will be Monday the 9th at 8:00 a.m., at Lydia Morgan. Agenda items will <br />include discussion consideration of the future of LHA. <br />Matters from Members of the Board <br />Terri said that we need to address the Acme property line. Within the last year and a half the <br />discrepancy has surfaced. That building has existed on that property since the 70s. We need to <br />establish whose property is on the east side, where the property line is, and get a retaining wall. <br />Ernie said there are some paint issues at Sunnyside and some minor drainage problems. <br />There was a discussion as to the difference in the patios at Lilac and whether a chain link or <br />paneled fence would allow that to be a storage area vs. a patio. <br />Discussion of Agenda Items for next 2012 LHA board meeting: April 24th at Regal Square. <br />Terry will take comments through email.
