Lot 7 will be 8,496 SF and Lot will be 6,126 SF. An amendment to the previously approved (2009) Parbois Place Subdivision and PUD to add two (2) lots, Lots 7 and 8. The inclusion of the two lots would permit Lot 8 to benefit from the PUD variations of a standard setback. Staff is requesting a continuance to allow the applicant to address outstanding issues identified by Planning and Public Works staff. Case No. 11-009-FS/FP.
