The Framework <br />Plan illustrates the property as Office district along South Boulder Road <br />and high-density neighborhood (15-30 du/acres) to the northern rear <br />portion of the parcel. <br />Location <br />The subject parcel is located north of South Boulder road, east of the <br />BNSF rail line, and west of the Christopher Village Apartments. <br />Preliminary Plat discussion included the following: <br />Public Street standards required in Louisville. <br />Multi-Model Street Design <br />Public Land dedication <br />Davidson Highline Canal / Goodhue Ditch <br /> <br />
