Call to Order — Vice Chairperson Justin McClure called the meeting to order at 7:04 <br />pm. <br />II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Justin McClure, Alison Gorsevski, Linda Smith, Mike <br />Schantz, Laura Scott Denton, Helen Moshak, Spencer Guthrie <br />Board Members Absent: Tom Davinroy <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull and Joe Stevens <br />III. Approval of Agenda — Linda moved to approve the agenda. Laura seconded. The <br />motion was unanimous. <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes — Mike moved to approve the minutes from the <br />March 14, 2012 meeting. Linda seconded. Minutes were approved as written. <br />V. Discussion: New Trail Design- Connecting CTC to Coal Creek <br />a. Presented By Scott Belonger, Loris and Associates, Inc. <br />• Council has approved the budget for the new trail. Half of the total funding will <br />come from CTC's special district and the other half from the City, specifically <br />from the Land Conservation Trust Fund. <br />• The trail will be constructed of crusher fines, with a few sections of concrete <br />where the trail will tie in to paved sections of Coal Creek. <br />
