Background information: 1.Original house was built in 1953 2.Garage was built in 2007 with specific notes on the plan sets the setbacks are for accessory structures only and cannotbe used as dwelling unit. 3.A variance request was made in 2009 to the Board of Adjustment and was denied. PUD request information: 1.Includes adding two (2) single family lots to the Parbois Place PUD (Lost 7 and 8). 2.Lot 7 would contain the original home 3.Lot 8 would contain the garage existing detached garage and living space.
