Posted in City Hall, <br />Public Library, Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Building and mailed to <br />surrounding property owners on Friday, January 23, 2012. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McMillan provided the following information: <br />The request is to amend the Parbois Place PUD and a minor subdivision. <br />Background information: <br />1.Original house was built in 1953 <br />2.Garage was built in 2007 with specific notes on the plan sets the <br />setbacks are for accessory structures only and cannotbe used as <br />dwelling unit. <br />3.A variance request was made in 2009 to the Board of Adjustment and <br />was denied. <br />PUD request information: <br />1.Includes adding two (2) single family lots to the Parbois Place PUD <br />(Lost 7 and 8). <br />2.Lot 7 would contain the original home <br />3.Lot 8 would contain the garage existing detached garage and living <br />space. <br />
