Building Code Board of Appeals <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 15, 2012 <br />City Hall, Spruce Room <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 <br />PM <br />Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Peter Geise called the meeting to order at 6:48 PM. <br />Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Peter Geise, Chairman <br />Matthew Berry <br />David Rounds <br />Gary Mancuso <br />Staff Members Present: Mike Jones, Chief Building Official <br />Monica Garland, Permit Technician <br />Scott Robinson, Planner <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> – The agenda was approved by all present members. <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> – The minutes from the last meeting on February 9, 2012 <br />was approved by all present members. <br />Public Comments <br /> – None <br />Regular Business <br />2012 Comp Plan Update <br /> – Scott Robinson, Planner, gave a <br />presentation and discussed with the Board members on what they <br />felt were core values for the city that needed to be focused on. <br />Which included Small Town Atmosphere, Family Friendly, <br />Pragmatic Government, Prime Location for Work and Recreation, <br />and City Facilities.
