Louisville City Council Meeting
November 21,2000
Page 10.

north of Lot 1, the zoning is PCZD-C. Wood noted that this is not documented on the
plat, but should be.

MOTION: Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 63, Series 2000, with the
amendment that the zoning on Lot 1 is PCZD-C, seconded by Keany. Roll call vote was
taken. The motion passed by a vote of 5-0. Absent Howard, Sisk excused.

None

CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT

CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT

Public Works Director Tom Phare reported that there will not be a work session next
week.

COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS

Davidson stated that during the goal setting session he committed to looking into the City
of Louisville assuming management of the Louisville Housing Authority. He noted that
upon reviewing the minutes of the last LHA meeting, the 2001 meeting of the Louisville
Housing Authority Agency Plan for HUD, is to be held in Lafayette. He noted that the
occupancy levels, four out of the last twelve months, were below 100%, even though
there is a waiting list of 426 people. He felt that Council might want to look at the matter
in the future.

Keany reported that he had heard comments on the Sunnyside Housing project, noting a
number of building deficiencies. He stated that those deficiencies were not corrected by
the builder and not caught by the building inspector. He noted that these items should
have been caught by the contractor, the Housing Authority supervising the contract, and
the building department.

Mayer suggested that management of the Louisville Housing Authority should be
discussed at a work session with the Housing Authority.

Keany stated that there appears to be a sentiment that the Housing Authority Board
wishes to stay with the Boulder County management.

10
