Louisville City Council Meeting <br />December 5, 2000 <br />Page 11. <br /> <br />Davidson called for applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Tom Metzger, Community Development Group, 2000 Arapahoe, Boulder, CO, stated <br />that he did not have a presentation but was available to answer Council questions. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayer noted that there is only indication of signage on one side. He asked if the there are <br />signs on either side of the entry way. <br /> <br />Planning Director stated that there are two signs, one on each side of the entryway. <br />Mayer asked that it be noted that there are two signs. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 68, Series 2000, seconded <br />by Brown. <br /> <br />Sisk offered a friendly amendment to his motion that it be noted that there are two signs, <br />one on each side of the entryway. <br /> <br />Brown accepted the amendment. <br /> <br />VOTE: Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a.vote o of 5-0. Absent: <br />Howard, Levihn - excused. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69, SERIES 2000 - AMENDMENT OF A FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN & A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR A CMRS LOCATED <br />AT STORAGE TEK - QWEST WIRELESS <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Planning Director Paul Wood reviewed the Qwest Wireless request authorizing a 60-foot <br />tall, 18" diameter, co-locatable, monopole with a fully concealed antennae array. The <br />applicant is requesting to locate this facility on the STK property, where Public Service <br />Company has their Louisville substation. The subject property is zoned Industrial. <br />Wood explained that the applicant is requesting this facility to provide better <br />telecommunications coverage along the US 36 corridor, STK and the Flatirons Crossing <br />Mall. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
