She
questioned if the County could have an IGA and do the reverse; turning over Regal Court to Louisville, or
join forces with other municipal housing authorities. Will there be a group or board that would monitor
the units in Louisville that could give their observations to County staff? She thinks the County has done
a good job in their management and hopes they will give the same focus and attention to the matters at
hand.
Terri said wewant to make the public aware of the intentions and benefits, the pros and cons, and will do
what is necessary to inform citizens. The question regarding increasing our portfolio to get better rates
and financing has been brought up over several years
portfolio from 116 to 600 units.
Post Office Box 471 Boulder, Colorado 80307 (303) 441-3929
TDD Colorado Relay 1-800-659-2656
2
