WAGENLANDER & HEISTERKAMP, LLC <br />LEGAL SERVICE STANDARD RATES <br />NON-INTERNATIONAL <br />(May 2012) <br />Maximum rates for services under egal services contract are: <br />Legal Asst./Law Clerk <br />Azbayar Altangerel ......... ...... ...... 90.00 per hour <br />Junior Associate/Contract Counsel <br />vacant $150.00 per hour <br />Associate/Contract Counsel <br />Sylvia Curley $185.00 per hour <br />Attorney of Counsel/Contract Counsel <br />vacant $190.00 per hour <br />Senior Associate /Contract Counsel <br />Amber Hunter $1S5.0O per hour <br />Partner and Senior Experienced Rate <br />David Heisterkamp || and <br />James F. Wagenlander $200.00 per hour <br />Travel time outside the Denver metro area will be billed at the reduced amount of 50% (fifty- <br />percent) the normal billing rate for the attorney or legal assistant who is traveling. If we perform <br />other work while traveling, that time will be billed only at the normal rate and only to the client for <br />whom the work 5 beirig performed. At no time will the reduced travel and normal rates be <br />charged simultaneously to any client. <br />On occasion, the firm performs work on special p jects that are of interest to a number of our <br />clients who share similar needs or interests. Under these circumstances, the firm offers a <br />Shared Work option whereby several clients interested in receiving the benefits of the work can <br />share in the costs of performing the work. This results in significant savings to our clients where <br />costs can be divided among several clients. <br />These rates may be changed by Wagenlander & Heisterkamp, LLC. Furthermore, though <br />Wagenlander & Heisterkamp, LLC maintains very competitive and reasonable rateg, should any <br />rate change be unacceptable to our clients, you have the right to terminate our services with <br />written notice within 30 days of you receiving notice of a billing change or a billing using a new <br />rate. <br />feeiha ph <br />
