<br />RESOLUTION NO. 33 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />AND A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL 'Ll' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council for a Final <br />Subdivision Plat ( Lots 1- 6) and an Final PUD Development Plans (Lots 3, 4 and 5) for <br />Centennial Valley, Parcel 'Ll'; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plans have been reviewed in conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat and Final PUD Development Plan the Planning Commission recommended approval to the <br />City Council with conditions of approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plans should be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the agreement between Northern Natural Gas and Centennial Valley <br />Properties VI UC be executed and recorded prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits to Parcel L-1,' <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall submit a photometric study for Parcel L-] to be incorporated <br />as part of the executed Final Overall PUD Development Plan,' <br /> <br />3. The head-in parking in front of the Eagle Hardware store shall be posted for <br />handicapped and senior citizen only. <br /> <br />4. The McCaslin Blvd. median and driveway reconstruction for both Parcel LI and <br />Centennial Marketplace will need to be addressed comprehensively and the civil <br />plan design prior to plan design by Public Works',' <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall submit building elevations, at a readable scale, as part of the <br />required PUD submittal for Lot 5 prior to review by City Council. <br /> <br />6. The chain link fence enclosure shown on the rear elevation of Lot 4 (Chili's) will <br />be changed to a solid metal fence. <br /> <br />7. The rooftop screening on Lot 3 (Firegrill) will be constructed of a material and <br />color to match the building. <br />
