<br />8. The exterior service ladder shown on the rear elevation of Lot 4 (Chi/i's) will be <br />eliminated. <br /> <br />9. The PUD sholl be revised to r~ct the modified statement regarding access modification: <br /> <br />(The access movements shown on the PUD are subject to change. If, at any time in the <br />fiiture, it is detennined by the City that change is appropriate to enhance traffic ./low on <br />one or more surrounding streets, or to mitigate an unsafe situation, upon notification from <br />the City, the Centennial Valley, Parcel Ll property owners shall make such physical <br />changes, at their cost, as may be required by the City. Each present and future Parcel Ll <br />property owner shall acknowledge in writing the foregoing authority of the City. " <br /> <br />10. The propane tank on Lot 5 shall be screened with a solid wall enclosure. <br /> <br />11. The PUD shall be revised to eliminate the conceptual proposals for Lots 1 and 2. <br /> <br />12.
