[1 -7- 903(1); 1 -7 -904] (42 days prior to election.) <br />October 5, 2012 Last day to mail TABOR ballot issue notices. [Colo. Const. Art X, § <br />20(3)(b)] (30 days prior to the election — shifts to Friday before.) <br />October 7, 2012 Last day a person can move into an election precinct or ward and become <br />a resident for purposes of voting in that precinct or ward. [1- 2- 216(4)(a)]. <br />(30 days prior to the election.) <br />October 8, 2012 Last date to register to vote for the November 6, 2012 election.
