Call to Order — Chairman Tom Davinroy called the meeting to order at 6:37 pm. <br />II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Tom Davinroy, Justin McClure, Alison Gorsevski, <br />Helen Moshak, Linda Smith. Laura Scott Denton <br />Board Members Absent: Mike Schantz, Spencer Guthrie <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull <br />III. Approval of Agenda — Helen moved to approve the agenda. Linda seconded. The <br />motion was unanimous. <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes — Justin moved to approve the minutes from the May <br />9, 2012 meeting. Linda seconded. Minutes were approved as written. <br />V. Staff Updates <br />• Open Space is hosting a presentation called "The Clever Coyote" at the Rec <br />Center Camps. The presentation will teach the kids all about coyotes. <br />• The Hecla Management Plan RFP quotes came in significantly over budget, so <br />Staff is going to revise the RFP to limit the scope of work. New proposals <br />expected next week. <br />• Staff is trying to get a bird survey for Hecla, so that they can compare the bird <br />population pre- and post -dam construction. <br />• Staff is also in the process of seasonal weed mapping. <br />
