RESOLUTION NO. 42 <br /> SERIES 2012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO YEAR-LEASE AGREEMENT FOR LOT 6, <br /> BLOCK 4, TOWN OF LOUISVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, the City is the owner of Lot 6, Block 4, Town of Louisville, County of <br /> Boulder, State of Colorado, which lot has an address of 611 Front Street and upon which lot is <br /> located a one-story frame building containing an upholstery shop and retail grocery; and <br /> WHEREAS, Karim Amirfathi and Roland Radcliff, the business owners on the property, <br /> desire to lease such property from the City and the City is willing to lease such property for a <br /> two-year period; and <br /> WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been proposed for such lease, and the City is <br /> authorized to enter into such a lease pursuant to its home rule charter and other applicable law; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> . Section 1. The proposed Lease Agreement between the City of Louisville and Karim <br /> Amirfathi and Roland Radcliff for the two-year lease of Lot 6, Block 4, Town of Louisville is <br /> hereby approved in essentially the same form as the copy of such Lease Agreement accompanying <br /> this Resolution. <br /> Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Lease Agreement, except that <br /> the Mayor and City Manager, or either of them, is hereby further granted the authority to negotiate <br /> and approve such revisions to said Lease Agreement as are determined necessary or desirable for <br /> the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement are <br /> not altered. <br /> Section 3.
