Transfer Application — La Revolucion LLC d/b/a La Revolucion — <br /> Tavern Liquor License Transfer— 701 Main Street <br /> The applicant was asked to provide some additional items to complete the <br /> transfer application. As of the meeting time, the additions had not been <br /> received. The application will be moved to the next meeting. <br /> D. Discussion/Direction - Development Referral from Planning — <br /> Gravity Brewing <br /> Authority members were asked by the Planning Department to comment on <br /> the plans for Gravity Brewing to locate at 1150 Pine Street. The Authority <br /> responded by stating the Authority has no role in the licensing of this type of <br /> establishment, but has authority to uphold the law should any liquor <br /> violations occur. They were grateful to be included in the referral. <br /> E. Discussion/Direction — Items for Study Session with City Council <br /> Authority members are scheduled to meet with City Council on August 14. <br /> Members suggested the annual report be included in the discussion as well as <br /> the amount and size of Special Events with suggested police presence and the <br /> brewery inquiries (Gravity Brewing) including the difference in licensing. <br /> Police Department Reports <br /> A. Incident Report —Waterloo — 5/19/12 <br /> Police responded to a report of a fight at the establishment. Authority discussion <br /> concluded the establishment had called when the fight began and no further <br /> action was needed. <br /> B. Incident Report — Ralphie's — 6/1/12 <br /> This incident involved the police observing persons fighting in the parking lot. <br /> The establishment had stopped service to the individuals involved. The Authority <br /> decided on no further action. <br /> C. Incident Report— Tri-City Elks — 6/8/12 <br /> Police responded to the establishment on report of a disturbance in the parking <br /> lot. Authority members discussed whether this warranted an issuance of a show <br /> cause. <br />
