ORDINANCE NO. 1201 SERIES 1995 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 15.04.030 AND 15.04.100 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS AND THE DETERMINATION OF BUILDING PERMIT FEES. WHEREAS, the valuation schedule for building permit fees for single-family and multifamily dwellings should be updated to reflect increases in building costs; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to clarify the valuation to be used for construction of single-family and multifamily dwellings and for other construction within Louisville. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Section 15.04.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code, except Table No. 3-A set forth therein, is amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are stricken through; words to be added are capitalized): 15.04.030 Section 304(b) amended. Building permit fees. section 304(b) of the code and Table No. 3-A Building Permit Fees shall read as follows: Sec. 304(b) Permit Fees. The fee for each permit shall be as set forth in Table No.3-A. Only one permit will be required for work to be done either on the initial construction or subsequent al terations of Gr oup R occupal!cies (residel!tial cOI!str uctiOI!). The fee for this permit FEE shall be computed using Table No. 3-A of the Uniform Building Code except that the fee computed using Table No. 3-A shall be increased in an amount determined by mUltiplying the computed fee by the following multipliers: 4.
