Louisville City Council Meeting
January 2, 2001
Page 4.

Sisk asked Planning Director Wood if the use is clearly marked on the PUD. Wood
stated that they meet minimum parking requirements and that any additional requests for
parking would not be allowed. He noted that Council would not support parking within a
right-of-way.

Bramble stated that he had received a letter from the City's Principal Planner Ken
Johnstone, stating that any other use of the building would require a Special Review Use
permit.

Sisk asked Bramble if he had any objections with a note on the PUD reflecting no office
use. Bramble stated that he had no objections.

MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 1, Series 2001, with the
amendment that the PUD would reflect that any extension or expansion to office use
would require a Special Review Use and approval by the Planning Commission and
Council, seconded by Levihn.

Davidson offered a friendly amendment that the Planning Commission is only an
advisory board and that approval should come from the Council.

Sisk and Levihn accepted the friendly amendment.

VOTE: Roll call vote was taken.
