<br />otherwise held if known. The notice shall <br />state where the owner may make inquiry of or <br />claim the property. The notice shall also <br />state that if the owner fails to provide the <br />City Administrator with a written claim for <br />the return of the property within sixt~ (GO) <br />THIRTY (30) days of the date of the <br />publication of the notice, the property shall <br />become the sole property of the City and any <br />claim of the owner to such property shall be <br />deemed forfeited. <br /> <br />C. If the City Administrator receives no written claim <br />within said sixty (60) THIRTY (30) day claim <br />period, the property shall become the sole property <br />of the City and any claim of the owner to such <br />property shall be deemed forfeited. <br /> <br />D. If the City Administrator receives a written claim <br />within said 5ixt~ (GO) THIRTY (30) day claim <br />period, the City Administrator shall evaluate the <br />claim and give written notice to the claimant <br />within ninet~ (90) THIRTY (30) days thereof that <br />the claim has been accepted or denied in whole or <br />in part. The City Administrator may investigate <br />the validity of a claim and may request further <br />supporting documentation from the claimant prior to <br />disbursing or refusing to disburse the property. <br />All such property which is money shall be delivered <br />to the City Treasurer and be deposited in the <br />general fund of the City. All other such property <br />shall be disposed of by public sale or by such <br />other reasonable means as the City Administrator <br />may provide after consultation with the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 9.90.040 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended read as follows (words to be deleted are <br />stricken through; words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />9.90.040 l11ega1 weapons AND HAZARDOUS PROPERTY. <br /> <br />All illegal weapons and all property the possession <br />of which is illegal by virtue of any City, state, or <br />federal law, BURGLARY TOOLS, CARTRIDGES, EXPLOSIVES, <br />DANGEROUS WEAPONS, GAMBLING APPARATUS OR INSTRUMENTS, <br />BEER, WINE, SPIRITUOUS LIQUOR OR FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGES <br />INCLUDING THEIR CONTAINERS, SOILED, BLOODY OR UNSANITARY <br />CLOTHING, SOLIDS OR LIQUIDS OF UNCERTAIN COMPOSITION, <br />DRUGS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, HYPODERMIC SYRINGES AND <br />NEEDLES, OBSCENE PICTURES OF ANY NATURE, ANY POISONOUS, <br />NOXIOUS OR DELETERIOUS SOLIDS OR LIQUIDS, OR ANY OTHER <br /> <br />3 <br />
