<br />c. Time restriction. Not to exceed forty- <br />five (45) days, or sixty (60) days if <br />approved through the public hearing <br />approval process. <br /> <br />d. Required off-street parking. Parking <br />spaces having a durable and dustless <br />surface maintained for all-weather use <br />shall be provided and may be satisfied by <br />using existing parking spaces for other <br />uses located within five hundred (500) <br />feet of the seasonal sales site. The <br />operator has the burden of demonstrating <br />that the parking needs of the use are <br />adequately accommodated. <br /> <br />e. Ingress and egress. Hard surface all- <br />weather ingress and egress, as approved <br />by the public works department, shall be <br />provided. <br /> <br />f. Setback. Display of Christmas trees need <br />not comply with the yard and setback <br />requirements of this title provided that <br />no tree shall be displayed within a <br />vision clearance area. <br /> <br />2. Construction Office. <br /> <br />a. Definition. A facility temporarily used <br />as a construction contractor's office <br />quarters and equipment sheds accessory to <br />a construction project. <br /> <br />b. Districts permitted. All zone districts <br />by temporary use permit. <br /> <br />c. Time restriction. One (1) year, subject <br />to renewal for up to three (3) six month <br />extensions if the builder maintains <br />active and continuous construction on the <br />site or within the subdivision, but in no <br />event to exceed the duration of the <br />project. <br /> <br />d. Required off-street parking. Parking <br />spaces having a durable and dustless <br />surface maintained for all-weather use <br />shall be provided and may be satisfied by <br />using existing parking spaces for other <br />uses located within five hundred (500) <br />feet of the site. The operator has the <br />burden of demonstrating that the parking <br />needs of the use are adequately <br />accommodated. There shall be no use of <br />public rights of way for parking. <br /> <br />2 <br />
