Louisville Housing Authority <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Tuesday,July 31,20128:00 am <br />Regal Square(255 Regal St.) <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />To foster the availability of quality, affordable housing and related services for the residents of Louisville, using broad community resources. <br />The Housing Authority of the City of Louisville will accomplish its mission through: community collaboration, effective services and <br />programs, professional organization, efficient resource management, and the expansion of funding sources. <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Terri Abbott, Walt Oehlkers, Colleen Vandendriessche, Ernest Villany <br />Staff Present: <br />Frank Alexander, Director Boulder County Housing & Human Services; Willa Williford, <br />Housing Director; Jeremy Durham, Boulder County Attorney; Alma Torres, Lead Administrative Tech <br />Others: <br />Liz Black, Meredith Muth, City of Louisville; Jay Keany, Councilman City of Louisville; <br />Amber Hunter, Attorney <br />Call to Order <br />The Meeting was called to order at 8:02 a.m. <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Walt motioned to approve the agenda, Colleen seconded. Agenda approved. <br />Approval of the June 26, 2012 Minutes <br />Colleen motioned to approve the June 26, 2012 minutes, Walt seconded. Minutes approved. <br />Matters from Members of the Public** <br />None <br />Authorization for the Board to go into Executive Session at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31st, with <br />Amber Hunter, Attorney to the Louisville Housing Authority, for Legal Advice pursuant to CRS <br />24-6-402(4)(b), to discuss issues related to negotiations of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the <br />Boulder County Housing Authority. <br />Walt made a motion to go into Executive Session. Colleen seconded . The Board entered into Executive <br />Session <br />Discussion of Intergovernmental Agreement with BCHA <br />Terri wants to confirm Boulder County Housing Authority policies or standards and reporting obligations <br />item #4. She wants to prepare City Council person or any appointed member so there is clarity and <br />understanding. Jeremy asked if a report, summary or synopsis is what is appropriate.
