Resolution # 2012-07Authorizing Signature of the Board Chair on documents relating to IGA with <br />BCHA, City of Louisville, and Boulder County <br />Jay made a motion to approve Resolution #2012-07, Colleen seconded the motion. <br />Resolution is approved. <br />Amber will be in charge of handling the transaction documents for LHA. <br />Frank commended ever <br />The next step will be approval by COCC, BCHA, and Louisville City Council. <br />We will plan for study session with Council. They can cancel if needed. <br />Property Management update <br />Rent and occupancy update <br />a) <br />There are a couple of vacancies. The resident meeting at Lydia Morgan had 25 <br />attendants. <br />nd <br />The Regal Square resident meeting on the 22is postponed to August 29th. <br />Lydia Morgan A/C update <br />b) <br />Residents are very excited about A/C going in, which should be complete this month. <br />Section 8 statistics <br />c) <br />Currently at 82 vouchers in Louisville, which is an increase from before. <br />Josephine Commons will be receiving the occupancy certificate next week. <br />Residents will be allowed to move in on September 1, 2012. Grand opening is planned <br />for early October. We are on schedule with 56 units pre-leased. <br />Matters from Members of the Board <br /> <br />Discussion of Agenda Items for next 2012 LHA board meeting: August 28 at Lydia Morgan. <br />How the board wants to proceed with reference for IGA until board dissolves. <br />Should Quarterly meetings be scheduled or as needed bases? Who is going to be the Liaison? Council <br />will decide. This will be a new appointment. This person will need to attend a monthly meeting. The <br />term is for three years. Meetings are the third Thursday at 8:30 a.m. We have a job description for this <br />new position. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:29 a.m. <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval <br />**Any member of the Public may speak on any subject not related to the agenda.
