I ...."" <br /> <br /> <br />I: <br /> <br />Revitialization Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />October 13, 2005 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:30 AM <br /> <br />City of Louisville <br /> <br />Call to Order Chairperson Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Mayor Sisk, Rob Lathrop, Michael Reis, Bob <br />Tofte <br /> <br />Board Members Abslsnt: Clair Beckmann <br /> <br />Staff Members PreSEmt: William Simmons, Heather Balser, Kenneth <br />Johnstone, Paul Wood, Sam Light <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda The agenda was approved by all members. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes The minutes from the September 7,2005 <br />meeting were approved as written. <br /> <br />Public Comments Residents and property owners present at the meeting <br />included Michael Deborski and Mike Kranzdorf (Pine Street Plaza). <br /> <br />Reports of Commission <br />The Commission discussed the recent City Council study session on the <br />Highway 42 Traffic and Access Plan as well as the upcoming October 27 public <br />meetina. Mayor Sisk suggE!sted the consultant provide the same power point <br />present,ltion to the LRC for review at an upcoming LRC meeting. The City <br />ManaQer discussed a proposal by Boulder County to area municipalities to <br />provid~e for a share back of TIF revenues collected in urban renewal areas. The <br />Boulder County municipal managers group is discussing this issue as a group <br />and starf will continue to update the LRC.
