<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 15, 2005 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk suggested the interviews be scheduled on Tuesday, January 10, <br />2006, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. There was Council consensus. <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons reported on the Waste Water Treatment Plant inspection. <br />The Plant was inspected by the State on October 25, 2005. The report revealed <br />an exemplary job done by the City of Louisville Waste Water Treatment Staff. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Sheri Marsella reported Eco-Cycle is having a volunteer function at the Louisville <br />Recreation on Wednesday, November 15. She also reported the Louisville <br />Youth Advisory Board is doing their community service project of the year. On <br />Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings, they will collect food outside <br />Safeway for community food share. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the Ethics Education Program recommended by Special <br />Prosecutor Josephsohn. Mr. Josephsohn forwarded names of people who could <br />facilitate an Ethics Program. He asked Council to set aside an evening to <br />participate in this program. City Manager Simmons noted three proposals were <br />received. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk addressed the capital projects and inquired why the Davidson Mesa <br />Open Space/Walnut Street trail project was delayed. Deputy City Manager Boyd <br />reported the delay was due to a survey. Mayor Sisk requested the Council be <br />notified when such delays occur. <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons reported on the interviews for a new Land Management <br />Director. He hoped to announce the appointment soon. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved for adjournment, seconded by Council member <br />Muckle.
