<br /> <br />City of Louisville <br /> <br />Revitialization Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />November 10, 2005 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:30 AM <br /> <br />Call to Order Chairperson Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members PreSEmt: Mayor Sisk, Clair Beckmann, Rob Lathrop, <br />Michael Reis, Bob Tofte <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: William Simmons, Heather Balser, Kenneth <br />Johnstone, Sam Light <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda The agenda was approved by all members. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes The minutes from the October 13, 2005 meeting <br />were approved as written. <br /> <br />Public Comments Residents and property owners present at the meeting <br />included Michael Deborski and Jean Morgan. <br /> <br />Reports of Commission <br />Commission members requested the City send a thank you note and gift to the <br />Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority for spending the day of October 31 <br />with the LRC discussing projects, initiatives and the implementation of urban <br />renewal in Colorado Springs. Additionally, the Mayor asked that staff invite Tom <br />Clark, the Executive Vice President for the Denver Metro Economic Development <br />Corporation to a LRC meeting to discuss funding for station area planning and <br />Transit Oriented Development initiatives. Tom Clark will be speaking at the <br />January LRC meeting. <br /> <br />Business Matters of Commission <br />1. Urban Renewal Plan Update - Public meetings dates were proposed for <br />January 5, 19, and February 2nd. Notices will go out two weeks prior to <br />each meeting.
