F. Permit Fees. Fees for any permit required by this chapter shall be <br /> established from time to time by order of the city manager, and no permit shall be <br /> issued until and unless the fee has been paid. <br /> Section 9. Section 13.36.140 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken <br /> threugh): <br /> Sec. 13.36.140. Construction stormwater management plan. <br /> A. A SWMP shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of <br /> the most recent . - ••- • • - :. -• •- ! ' - •• -. <br /> engineering, hydrologic and pollution control practices outlined in the city's <br /> Design Standards and Construction Specifications for public improvements. <br /> B. The owner, occupant, or operator of any premises or facility shall <br /> have the accepted approved SWMP on site at all times and shall be prepared to <br /> respond to maintenance of specific BMPs. <br /> C. The owner, occupant or operator of any premises or facility shall <br /> ensure erosion, sediment and waste control BMPs are implemented and shall <br /> inspect all BMPs at least every 14 days and within 24 hours after any precipitation <br /> or snow melt event that causes surface runoff. BMPs shall be continuously <br /> maintained in operating conditions and repaired immediately when damaged. <br /> D. Minor modifications to SWMP. Based on inspections performed <br /> by the owner or by city personnel, modifications to the SWMP will be necessary <br /> if at any time the specified BMPs do not meet the objectives of this chapter or <br /> equivalent or better BMPs are implemented. All minor modifications shall be <br /> implemented immediately - • . .. •- . - . •• -- ' - •- <br /> within seven days of the referenced inspection, and shall be recorded on the <br /> owner's copy of the SWMP which shall be located on site at all times. The <br /> modified SWMP shall be made available to city inspector during inspections. <br /> E. Major modifications to SWMP Review/Changes. Timor <br /> shall amend the plan Wwhenever there is a significant change in design, <br /> construction, operation, or maintenance, which has a significant effect on the <br /> hydrology or potential for discharge of pollutants to the MS4 or receiving waters, <br /> a revised SWMP shall be submitted to the city for review and approval, or-i€the <br /> SWMP proves to be ineffective in achieving the general objectives of controlling <br /> Ordinance No. 1623,Series 2012 <br /> Page 12 of 17 <br />
